  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector (e.g. developers, contractors, architects, consultants).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals, bids, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain records of sales activities and pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales or business development in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction products, systems, or services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
