About the role

As an Operations Supervisor at PRO LOGISTIC SOLUTIONS PHIL. INC.', you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and transportation services. This is a full-time position based in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of our operations team to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Monitoring workflow and identifying areas for process improvement to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Providing training and support to the operations team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Communicating with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues
  • Collaborating with other departments to align operations with the overall business strategy
  • Generating reports and analysing data to track performance and inform decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on optimising operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in using data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and safety standards
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
