BROW TECHNICIAN:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Brow Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in brow shaping, tinting, waxing, threading, lamination, and overall brow enhancement. A passion for beauty, excellent customer service, and precision are essential in delivering personalized, flawless brow services.

Key Responsibilities:

· Consult with clients to understand their brow preferences and facial features

· Perform brow services including shaping, waxing, threading, tinting, and lamination

· Maintain clean and sanitized tools, equipment, and workstations

· Recommend aftercare products and maintenance routines to clients

· Stay up-to-date on industry trends, techniques, and products

· Build and retain a strong client base through exceptional service and professional demeanor

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

· Manage appointments, maintain accurate client records, and track service history

· Upsell additional services and products when appropriate

Qualifications:

· At least elementary graduate

· No experience needed but relevant experience is an advantage

· Sales and customer-oriented

· Amenable to work in mall working hours

· Experience in retail, beauty, wellness and other related industries is an advantage
