Role Overview

The Mandarin Interpreter will serve as the bridge between Finco and Mandarin-speaking clients. This role involves translating spoken and written communication, facilitating smooth conversations, and ensuring accurate understanding of financial terms, loan agreements, and related documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate conversations between Mandarin-speaking clients and Finco staff in real-time.
• Interpret business, legal, and financial terms with accuracy.
• Translate loan agreements, application forms, and other company documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
• Assist in client meetings, calls, and presentations to ensure clear communication.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and company information.
• Support client relationship management by ensuring smooth and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin, Hokkien and English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience as an interpreter or translator, preferably in a business or financial setting.
• Strong understanding of business and financial terminology in both languages.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and confidential environment.

Preferred

• Experience in banking, finance, or corporate loan processing.
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Translation, Business, or related field.

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
