Delivery Rider

About the Role:

Join our fast-growing team as a Delivery Rider and play a key role in ensuring our customers receive their orders quickly, safely, and with a smile. Whether you're navigating city streets or suburban routes, you'll be the face of our service—bringing convenience straight to our customers' doors.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver orders promptly and accurately
• Ensure items are handled with care and delivered in excellent condition
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
• Follow traffic laws and safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain your delivery equipment (bike/motorcycle) in good working condition

Qualifications:

• Must own a reliable motorcycle or bicycle
• Valid driver's license and updated registration (if applicable)
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
• Previous delivery experience is a plus but not required
