Loans Examiner

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any business course
• With a minimum of 1 year related experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical, composition, and prioritizing skills
• Detail-oriented and with good organization and coordination skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Good written and oral communication skills

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receives loan application forms and pertinent documents submitted by member-borrower
• Checks loan application form, requirements and identity/status of member (no pending case, active status, pending loans, retired member)
• Confirms signature of member and disbursing officer
• Verifies scanned copies of processed loan applications against original copies of documents
• Evaluates loan application based on criteria
• Checks member's payslip such as equity contribution and take home pay
• Checks borrower's monthly contribution and computes Equity Value to determine loanable amount for policy loan application
• Computes estimated date of retirement (date of 1st loan collection less birth date)
• Prepares and processes disbursement voucher for the release of loan proceeds and refund of loan overpayment
• Attends to member's loan inquiries
• Performs tasks as provided for in the updated and approved PSMBFI Operations Manual
• Performs other related functions as directed by superior

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php23,000.00 per month

• San Juan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
