Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Collection and Resolution:

• Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due customer accounts by engaging with customers directly.

• Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions to resolve delinquency issues.

• Field Work:

• Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers who have delinquent accounts.

• Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all appointments with customers are completed in a timely manner.

• Reporting:

• Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past due balances, providing detailed information on the current state and actions taken.

• Document and initiate write-offs to be processed as necessary.

• Documentation:

• Accurately document customer interactions into the system, ensuring all relevant information is recorded.

• Maintain comprehensive records of all field visits, negotiations, and payment arrangements.

• Decision Making:

• Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.

• Process Improvement:

• Identify improvement opportunities in the workflow and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Understand and adhere to client policies and guidelines, ensuring all actions align with organizational standards.

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned from time to time to reflect the changes in business needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

• At Least HS Grad, with own motorcycle, with driver's license; familiar with places within Montalban, Rizal
• Willing to be assigned to the particular areas above
• Have Powerbank and Charging Cables for CP
• Target Oriented Person
• Willing to use personal cellphone for work purposes
