Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Collection and Resolution:
Pursue pre-collection and resolution of past due customer accounts by engaging with customers directly.
Make appropriate recommendations for corrective actions to resolve delinquency issues.
Field Work:
Carry out fieldwork and meet with customers who have delinquent accounts.
- Plan routes to optimize efficiency and ensure all appointments with customers are completed in a timely manner.
Reporting:
Prepare status reports of customer accounts with past due balances, providing detailed information on the current state and actions taken.
- Document and initiate write-offs to be processed as necessary.
Documentation:
Accurately document customer interactions into the system, ensuring all relevant information is recorded.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all field visits, negotiations, and payment arrangements.
Decision Making:
Make decisions according to the defined policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal requirements.
Process Improvement:
Identify improvement opportunities in the workflow and suggest practical solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Understand and adhere to client policies and guidelines, ensuring all actions align with organizational standards.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other roles and responsibilities as assigned from time to time to reflect the changes in business needs and priorities.
Qualifications:
- At Least HS Grad, with own motorcycle, with driver's license; familiar with places within Montalban, Rizal
- Willing to be assigned to the particular areas above
- Have Powerbank and Charging Cables for CP
- Target Oriented Person
- Willing to use personal cellphone for work purposes
