About the role
CORPORATE VISIONS INC' is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in our Balibago Angeles City Pampanga location. As a CSR, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients. This full-time, onsite position offers a competitive salary of up to 30,000 per month, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to develop their career in the customer service industry.
What you'll be doing
- Providing friendly and professional customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide suggestions for process improvements
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
