Safety operate trucks to transport goods and materials to various destinations as assigned by the company.
Ensure timely pickup and delivery of cargo, adhering to assigned schedules and routes.
Assists in loading and unloading of goods, ensuring cargo is properly secured to prevent damage during transit,
Plan routes effectively, taking into consideration traffic, road conditions, and delivery deadlines to minimize delays.
Checking for mechanical issues, fluid levels, tire pressure, and safety equipment.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle inside and outside, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
Conduct basic truck maintenance, such as checking oil levels, fuel, brakes, and tire condition.
Monitor, fuel consumption, and refuel vehicles as needed, keeping accurate records of fuel usage.
Adhere to local traffic laws, driving safely and responsibly at all times to avoid accidents or violations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including delivery reports, trip, logs, fuel receipts, and other reports.
Report any mechanical issues, delays, accidents, or incidents, to the fleet supervisor or dispatch team immediately.
Assigning daily tasks of Trucking and Transport Coordinators.
Attend on Customer Service (CS) and Sales queries on trucking rates.
Update and checking of transport daily attendance.
Checking and finalizing Trucking Costing.
Performs other tasks related to transport department.
