The company is a well-established in Italian luxury and sports cars, including Alfa Romeo, Abarth & Fiat. They are currently looking to expand the team by hiring a skilled and experienced European Cars Mechanic to join their family.
Position Overview:
As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of European automotive brands. You will be working with high-performance vehicles and advanced diagnostic equipment in a relax-paced, high-quality environment. The ideal candidate should have a passion for European cars, strong technical skills, and a commitment to delivering excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repair services on European cars, ensuring top-quality standards.
Conduct diagnostic tests using advanced equipment to identify issues accurately.
Replace, repair, and install parts, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications.
Perform routine inspections and servicing (oil change, brake checks, etc.).
Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and techniques, specifically for European car brands.
Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and services.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a mechanic with a focus on European cars.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems.
Ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and repair equipment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid driver's license, and preferably can drive manual transmission.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an authorized car dealership or high-end auto repair shop is an advantage.
