A. Perform Assembly, Trouble shooting and Repair of probe cards, test interconnect sockets and PCB Assemblies.

B. Provide Direct support on the production floor for problem diagnosis and resolution.

C. Conduct soldering, rework, and fine-pitch component handling for PCB and Hardware repair.

D. Develop and optimize assembly and repair processes to improve efficiency and yield.

E. Define Process flow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instruction.

F. Support preventive and corrective maintenance of assembly tools, jigs and fixtures.

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

· experience in manufacturing engineering, Strong hands-on experience in assembly, troubleshooting, and repair of probe cards, test sockets.

· Proficient in soldering, PCB Rework and Component replacement.

· Familiar with test hardware: probe cards, sockets, load boards and interconnect systems.

· Strong Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.

· Knowledge of CAD/EDA tools and ability to read PCB Gerber/design files is an advantage
