About the role

ROYALE MOTO CLUB is seeking a skilled and experienced Big Bike Mechanic to join our team in Caloocan City, Metro Manila. As a full-time position, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of our high-performance big bike models, ensuring they are in top condition and running safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conducting thorough inspections and diagnostics of big bikes to identify any issues or required maintenance
  2. Performing routine service and repair work, including engine tune-ups, brake system maintenance, and suspension adjustments
  3. Disassembling, repairing, and reassembling big bike components, such as engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  4. Documenting all work performed and maintaining detailed records of parts used and issues addressed
  5. Providing exceptional customer service by communicating with clients, advising on maintenance needs, and ensuring a positive experience
  6. Adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines to protect yourself and our customers
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest big bike technologies, tools, and repair techniques

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a big bike mechanic, with a strong understanding of engine and motorcycle systems
  2. Excellent technical skills and the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of big bike models and issues
  3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve complex mechanical problems
  4. Effective communication skills to interact with customers and collaborate with the wider team
  5. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional, courteous demeanour
  6. Certification or training in motorcycle mechanics or a related field is highly desirable
  7. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
