GTM Executive Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
I. Business Support
1. Data Consolidation & Analysis
• Compile GMV, SO, inventory, pricing, competitor data, and campaign performance.
• Use Excel / Google Sheets proficiently (functions, XLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Assist in preparing internal weekly business reports.
- Presentation & Report Preparation
• Support preparation of market reports, competitor analysis, and GTM project materials.
• Build presentations for product launches, cross-brand campaigns, and internal review meetings.
3. Cross-Department Coordination
• Coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, After-sales, Warehouse, and other teams.Track project milestones, deadlines, and task completion.
• Ensure tasks assigned by the GTM Director are executed to closure.
- Event Execution Support
• Assist in internal employee engagement events (birthday events, team day, seasonal celebrations).
• Support execution of brand campaigns
• Handle materials preparation, vendor coordination, and onsite execution.
II. Administrative & Operational Support
1. Calendar & Meeting Management
• Manage calendar, meeting schedule, and visitor appointments.
• Prepare meeting agenda, materials, minutes, and action items.
2. Documentation & Filing
• Manage contract files, project documents, communication materials, and SOPs.
3. Expense & Process Support
• Handle reimbursements, PR/PO processing, and supplier coordination.
4. Internal Reporting
• Support preparation of internal cross-brand weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree or above.
-Good command of English and Mandarin (written & spoken).
-Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
-Strong PowerPoint skills; capable of producing structured reports.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication, coordination, and cross-department collaboration skills.
-Strong sense of execution and ownership; able to push tasks to completion.
-Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong time management and prioritization skills.
Qualifications:
• Experience in e-commerce, tech, or consumer electronics industries.
• Experience in project management or PMO roles.
• Able to use basic design tools (Canva / Figma).
