Job Summary:

Responsible in catering Physical inspection of delivery shipments to match the orders in terms of quantity in pcs., SKU description and quality conditions of the product to be deliver in documents presented prior to dispatching. They are also required to submit the Dispatch Monitoring Form Summary (DMFS) at the end of their shift.

Scope and Responsibilities:

1. Secures shipping document/s' to AWM / IS corresponding to truck to be inspected.

2. Validates correctness and legitimacy of shipping document/s' provided by AWM / IS.

3. Execute Physical inspection, checking and counting of items loaded in the truck base on presented shipping document/s'. (SKU Description, Quantity in pcs. & Quality Appearance)

4. For Quality Appearance - any visible quality defect observes (Rusty or Deform/Damage item) should be coordinated to immediate superior for proper disposition.

5. Compares theoretical weight (provided by AWM/IS) to actual weight (based on truck scale generated report).

6. Reports to immediate superior regarding any observed Non-Conformance or Discrepancy between actual inspection result vs. provided shipping document/s', or any deviation from the Standards set in Dispatch Inspection Procedure.

7. Logs/Records simultaneously the details of delivery stated in the shipping documents after inspection activity to Dispatch Monitoring Form Summary.

8. Turn over DMFS to next shift Logistics Checker.

Education and Training Requirements:

• High School Graduate

• Experience in related field is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php17,000.00 per month
