Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Address customer queries and guide them in purchasing decisions.
  • Maintain detailed records of all O&M accounts, both existing and prospective.
  • Monitor O&M contracts, including contract expiries and potential renewals.
  • Convert Design and Build projects undergoing commissioning into O&M contracts.
  • Prepare and maintain regular sales reports, including project pipelines and forecasts.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for O&M services.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on promotional activities, exhibits, presentations, and roadshows.
  • Research market trends, customer requirements, and competitor offerings.
  • Conduct cold calls to attract potential customers and convert non-MPWS design/build plants to O&M contracts.
  • Customize O&M proposals to fit client requirements and implement sales strategies to close accounts.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders regarding project status and client needs.
  • Conduct regular client touch-base meetings together with Process O&M team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Lead, Senior Sales Representative, or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques and industry developments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
