HR Generalist

SUNJIN PHILIPPINES CORPORATION' is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Malvar Batangas. As a full-time HR Generalist, you will be responsible for a wide range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development.

What you'll be doing

• Recruit, onboard and retain top talent for the organisation
• Manage the full employee lifecycle, from hiring to offboarding
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labour laws and best practices
• Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure accurate payroll processing
• Identify and implement HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
• Passionate about creating a positive employee experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
