Job Description:

  • Monitor and analyze occupancy rates, revenue, and expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and service quality.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall property standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, revenue, and staff performance for senior management.
  • Train, and motivate team members to achieve high performance levels.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.

  • Experience in hotel operations, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within the rooms division.
