Bayanilife Inc. is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team in Laoag City, Ilocos Norte. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and accurate dispensing of medications, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. What you'll be doing

  1. Assisting the pharmacist in the preparation and distribution of medications
  2. Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control of pharmaceutical supplies
  3. Providing excellent customer service to patients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns
  4. Updating and maintaining patient records and medication histories
  5. Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and order processing
  6. Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines
  7. Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure the smooth running of the department

What we're looking for

  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  2. Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service role within a healthcare setting
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
  5. Proficient in basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude, with a commitment to providing high-quality care
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies
