Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Graduate of BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemistry / Chemical Engineering or any courses related to science
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • 6 months / 1 year experience on Meat processing, knowledge on Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP, Procedures for Food Preparation is advantage
  • Highly organized
  • Knowledgeable in Computer applications
  • With good attention to details and follow up
  • Have good oral and written communication skills
  • Proactive and able to lead with own initiative

Job Summary:

  • Check / inspect, test and monitor standard specifications from raw materials, in-process, finished goods and storage (if applicable) based on established specification guides;
  • Comply with and implement the hygienic practices (e.g. personal hygiene, equipment, tools, work areas) based on established quality system i.e. 5S, SSOP, GMP, HACCP
  • Responsible in keeping and maintaining records
  • Can generate comprehensive reports and manuals
  • Perform duties related to work as may be required.
  • Strictly follows Human Resource (HR) and Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php15, Php16,000.00 per month
