  • Daily calls (approx 30+ user call attempts per day) to target patients through the program portal. Out of which, ensure 10+ successful calls per day.
  • Interacting with patients regularly via phone or video calls for driving medical nutrition therapy.
  • Studying the treating doctor's prescription in-depth to accommodate any specific requirements for patients.
  • Counseling patients with chronic conditions and motivating them to adopt lifestyle changes.
  • Developing a nutrition plan tailored to the patient's cultural preferences and modifying it based on the patient's adoption and feedback.
  • Analyzing patient data and engaging in virtual patient management.
  • Working in tandem with other care team members, such as doctors and physiotherapists, to provide holistic care to patients.
  • Create health plans and recipes pertaining to Filipino cuisines in digital patient management system.
  • Participation in other projects, like content creation and analyzing user lab reports.
  • Discuss with patients, doctor as and when required, based on the availability and appointment set by the patient with the doctor. In case of fees if any, such fees are to be borne by the patients.
