Job Opportunity: Part-Time Japanese Language Teacher (Laguna Area – LTAI or CIP)

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Part-Time Japanese Language Teacher to be part of our teaching team for a 6-month training project. The teacher will handle beginner to lower-level Japanese classes, provide engaging lessons, and guide learners in their language progress.

Work Location: Classes will be held onsite at Laguna Technopark (LTAI) or Carmelray Industrial Park (CIP).

Schedule: Mondays to Thursdays, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Teach Japanese to beginner-level learners, following the prescribed curriculum and ensuring clear understanding of lessons.
  • Prepare, organize, and update lesson plans and instructional materials to match class needs.
  • Provide accurate and timely student progress updates and daily reports.
  • Attend project orientations, training sessions, and meetings when required.
  • Follow teaching guidelines and instructions from the Project Manager.
  • Create a positive, respectful, and motivating classroom environment.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in Japanese language instruction (online or onsite).
  • Must have passed at least JLPT N3.
  • Skilled in creating and adjusting lesson materials based on learner levels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
  • Prior teaching experience in corporate or manufacturing settings is a plus.
Additional Information
  • Project runs for 6 months (Mondays–Thursdays only).
  • Teaching hours: 2 hours/day, 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM.
