Our Company is currently looking to fill the position of Automotive Job Controller. The role will focus on job order monitoring, service coordination, and workflow control to ensure efficient and timely delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities

· Receives service orders, validates details, and distributes them to the most appropriate technicians based on skill and availability.

  • Plots jobs on a control board, monitors progress, ensures efficient use of time, and addresses any allocation issues
  • Ensures repair orders meet standards, checks repair status, and manages warranty claims.
  • Communicates with service advisors, technicians, and sometimes customers, maintaining calm under pressure.
  • May oversee job costing, accounts receivable, and ensure compliance with manufacturer financial policies
  • Manages the workflow in a dealership's service department, acting as a liaison between service advisors, technicians, and management, allocating repair orders, monitoring progress, ensuring timely completion, and handling administrative tasks like job costing and customer follow-ups, bridging technical service with financial and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or complete Automotive vocational/technical diploma programs/short course or degree or have an equivalent certification (NCI/NCII - ASE or TESDA).
  • Background as a qualified automotive technician is often preferred.
  • Strong understanding of automotive repair, diagnostics, and computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving, and calmness under pressure.
  • Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
