Position Overview

Kai Tian Trading Inc. (KT Select) is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator & TikTok Live Operator to boost our digital presence and grow sales on TikTok. This role combines content creation, live streaming operations, and data-driven strategy development to ensure our TikTok shop achieves consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

*Create engaging video content for TikTok Shop showcasing KT Select products.

*Plan, schedule, and operate TikTok Live sessions.

*Monitor, analyze, and summarize TikTok Live performance data.

*Recommend and implement strategies to improve live sales performance.

*Collaborate with Live Sellers to optimize product presentation and engagement.

*Drive product visibility, customer interaction, and ultimately generate sales.

Qualifications

*Experience in TikTok content creation or live operations is an advantage.

*Strong understanding of TikTok trends, tools, and e-commerce strategies.

*Analytical mindset with ability to interpret live selling data.

*Goal-oriented with proven ability to help improve sales performance.

*Confident, creative, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

*Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.).
