Lending Associate

Support sustainable growth objectives of the company by being the front line of the

business. Provide outstanding customer attention and service, while conducting proper

due diligence. Contribute to efforts to improve the company and service to the

customers and community.

• Research and analyze the target market (The companies, employees, locations,
• demands)
• Introduce the company thru different, creative, and effective ways of marketing.
• Maintain the good image of the company/preserving the company name.
• Process applications and evaluate qualified loan applicants
• Conduct client verification and Confidential Investigation
• Explain to clients the relevant company policies and terms
• Contribute actively to meeting production targets
• Assist and respond to client inquires and concerns, online and offline, on a timely
• basisFollow up and resolve problem accounts, such as: why clients have delays in their dues/scheduled payments
• Consistently provide quality service to clients
• Prepare daily and monthly reports
• Liquidate fund requests
• When requested, apply and update permits and licenses for their respective branches.
• Deal with respective landlords (of the office and staff house)
• Timely payments of branch utility bills.

• Responsible for taking care of, as well as the proper usage, and preserving of tools and equipment provided by the company.

• Graduate of any Business related course

• Work Experience in Sales and/or Marketing is a plus

• Trustworthy, Honest, Flexible, Disciplines and Responsible

• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office products

• Good communications skills and with pleasing personality

• Willing to relocate (Pampanga/Bataan)

• With Driver's License is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php12,540.00 per month
