Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma/certificate in Hospitality Management, Food Service, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in food service supervision, catering, or kitchen management.
• Experience managing staff and coordinating food operations in a canteen, cafeteria, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and proper food handling (e.g., ServSafe or local food handler certification preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to supervise kitchen and serving staff effectively.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and cost control efficiently.
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems, or inventory software).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours (including mornings, evenings, or weekends if required).
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate lifting.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and customer-friendly canteen environment.
• Can start ASAP
