Dietary Cashier

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Receives money and issues Official Receipts

2. Records all payments thru the daily collection summary report

3. Looks after necessary preparations before the starts of operations

Others:

1. Wipes/prepares the necessary containers, hollow wares, napkins, trays, cutleries and other supplies.

2. Refills salt and pepper shakers and other condiments.

3. Checks and re-stocks service station and sees to it that the par stock is maintained.

4. Set-up of tables and install required facilities.

5. Takes and serves food and beverage orders.

6. Assists busboy in placing and in picking up orders from the kitchen.

7. Attends to guest inquiries, request and complaints.

8. Assists in clearing soiled dishes, dirt and trash.

9. Performs side duties and other assignments given by his superior.

10. Develops product knowledge.

As Directed:

1. Participates in department meetings.

2. Participates in training programs.

3. Performs other duties and special assignments as directed by the immediate superior.
