QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Any 4 years course and with experienced
  • At least one (1) year work experienced

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Received collections and issue OR to OPD patients.

  2. Received payments of hospital bills in-patients and issue corresponding OR based on the statement of Accounts.

  3. Issue discharge clearance of in-patients.

  4. Prepares promissory notes for unpaid patient hospital bills and professional bills.

  5. Prepares and record professional fees of discharge patients.

  6. Logbook discharge patients and petty cash issued.

  7. Prepares summary of collection at the end of duty.

  8. Answer the phone for the follow-up of checks of suppliers and doctors.

  9. Disburse payments of hospital accounts to supplier asking OR for such payment/or accounts.

  10. Disburse Prof. fee of doctors.

  11. Disburse refund of PhilHealth and PCSO payments already paid by the patients.

  12. Entertains queries of patients.

  13. Prepares temp. Bill of expired patient and inform attending physician and Administrator or chairman of the Board if they can't fully pay the bill.

  14. Posting collection and deposit to Daily Collection report (DCR).

  15. Encoding released checks.

  16. Update check register.

  17. Writing replenished petty cash to the worksheet.

  18. Arranges PR and OR both used and unused.

  19. Filing of check voucher ready for released. (supplier, doctors and employees)

  20. Printing and cutting discharge clearance.

  21. Perform the other duties as maybe assigned to you from time to time by the corporation.
