BTDT Salesman

Duties & Responsibilities

• Execute route selling and distribution to all assigned traditional trade accounts (e.g., sari-sari stores, groceries, market stalls).
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets by maximizing product availability and visibility in every outlet.
• Take and process customer orders, handle deliveries, and collect payments as required.
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for efficient loading, unloading, and product replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, deliveries, and collections; submit reports on time.
• Implement merchandising and display standards to ensure proper product presentation.
• Conduct market checks and competitor monitoring to provide feedback and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies, including pricing, discounts, and credit guidelines.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Report customer feedback, concerns, and route issues to the Sales Supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
• With experience in route selling, general trade, or FMCG distribution
• Knowledgeable in basic sales documentation, cash handling, and inventory management
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Physically fitand willing to do extensive fieldwork
• Must have a valid driver's license (professional preferred) if assigned to drive a delivery vehicle.
