QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be a graduate of 4 year course preferably in the field of engineering and technology.
  • 3years+ knowledgeable in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting process (E2E FTK experience).
  • Knowledgeable in E2E Site Acquisition and Permitting process.
  • Knowledgeable in ownership or property documents of prospective or potential lessor.
  • Ensure the efficiency of day-to-day activity.
  • Willing to work in Quezon City.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Manage the site acquisition process from start to finish, ensuring that all necessary approvals and permits are obtained

  2. Assess and evaluate potential sites for new projects, taking into account factors such as zoning regulations, environmental impact, and access to utilities

  3. Support/Assist to negotiate leases and other agreements with property owners and other stakeholders.

  4. Collaborate with legal and financial teams to ensure that all contracts and agreements are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations

  5. Work closely with Project Manager, Site Acquisition Team, and other stakeholders to ensure that site acquisition activities are aligned with project timelines and budget constraints

  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, and community groups

  7. Manage a team of site acquisition specialists and provide guidance and support as needed

  8. Help establish on project priorities and goals for project performance including timely achievement billing milestones.

  9. Manage micro and macro site acquisition projects and operations for assigned areas ensuring the proper flow of information concerning site acquisition.

  10. Deliberate with site acquisition personnel to meet client guidelines and evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of execution of site acquisition programs.

  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to site acquisition and land use regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php65,000.00 per month
