Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Plating Engineer located in Santa Rosa City. The Plating Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the plating process, ensuring the quality of plated products, maintaining plating equipment, and troubleshooting issues. The role also includes analyzing and implementing process improvements, conducting quality inspections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of plating processes, surface finishing, and plating chemistry
- Experience with quality control, process optimization, and troubleshooting within plating operations
- Technical expertise in operating and maintaining plating equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in the electronics or semiconductor industry is a plus
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Rosa City
