CAPTAIN PIZZAIOLO
Key Responsibility
· Prepare, ferment, and portion Neapolitan-style pizza dough.
· Stretch and shape dough by hand without using a rolling pin or press.
· Apply toppings with care and balance, following restaurant recipes.
· Cook pizzas in a wood-fired oven, monitoring temperature and timing for perfect results.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pizza station and oven area.
· Monitor dough and ingredient inventory; assist with prep as needed.
· Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
· Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
· Train or assist in training new kitchen team members when needed.
Qualification:
- At least 1-2 years of previous experience working in the same role, making NEAPOLITAN PIZZA
- Must be at least high school graduate
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, calm under pressure, cheerful, self-confident, sociable, organized, great communication skills and passionate about food
- Knowledgeable in inventory and purchasing
- Experienced in leading a team and have leadership skills
- Ability to maintain CONSISTENT and HIGH-QUALITY Food Standards
- Technology literate
