EXECUTIVE DRIVER JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary:

The Executive Driver is responsible for safely transporting company executives or guests to and from destinations, ensuring comfort, punctuality, and confidentiality at all times. This role requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of professionalism, and familiarity with traffic laws and routes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive company executives or guests to appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
  • Plan routes and ensure timely arrival at destinations, avoiding traffic delays where possible.
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all discussions and activities during trips.
  • Conduct basic vehicle checks and arrange for necessary maintenance or repairs.
  • Assist passengers with loading and unloading of items as needed.
  • Keep records of vehicle mileage, fuel usage, and service history.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid professional driver's license (appropriate restriction code).
  • Proven experience as a company or executive driver.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic laws, routes, and navigation apps.
  • Strong sense of punctuality, responsibility, and discretion.
  • Neat and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
