As we expand globally, we're looking for a
Social & Content Manager
who will lead PopAI's social media and content growth — building high-impact digital communities, driving visibility across channels, and strengthening the online presence of our leadership team.

Role Overview

The
Social & Content Manager
will own PopAI's digital storytelling — creating, managing, and growing content across
LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube
. This person should have a strong creative eye, a practical marketing mindset, and the ability to bring brand ideas to life from planning to execution.

This is a
hands-on, creative, and strategic role
— ideal for someone who enjoys content creation as much as seeing tangible marketing results.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Growth

  • Lead and execute PopAI's social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Reddit, and YouTube.
  • Maintain and grow PopAI's
    LinkedIn company page
    , increasing reach and engagement to thousands of followers.
  • Build and manage the
    LinkedIn presence of C-level executives
    , positioning them as thought leaders in AI and enterprise innovation.
  • Set up, brand, and maintain the
    PopAI YouTube channel
    — ensuring cohesive visuals (logos, banners, descriptions) and consistent, quality content.
  • Identify growth opportunities across emerging social platforms and optimize for engagement and visibility.

Content Creation & Management

  • Plan and execute a
    content calendar
    aligned with brand priorities, campaigns, and events.
  • Create and manage engaging multimedia content — copy, graphics, short videos, and podcast clips.
  • Direct the production of
    video materials
    for social, events, and corporate communications — from concept and scripting to post-production coordination.
  • Ensure all content reflects PopAI's tone, branding, and messaging consistency.

Community Building & Engagement

  • Grow and nurture online communities — from the ground up or through existing audiences.
  • Engage with followers and relevant industry conversations to strengthen visibility and relationships.
  • Partner with the marketing, PR, and design teams to align messaging across campaigns and announcements.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor social performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) using analytics tools.
  • Report regularly on performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Continuously refine strategies and content based on data and community feedback.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–6 years of experience in
    social media management
    ,
    content creation
    , or
    digital marketing
    (preferably in tech, AI, or enterprise industries).
  • Proven success in
    building and scaling social communities
    — particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Strong
    creative eye
    for design, visuals, and storytelling — with a
    practical marketing mindset
    focused on results and growth.
  • Skilled in
    video content direction
    (storyboarding, scripting, and editing oversight).
  • Experience setting up and maintaining branded channels (logos, banners, layout consistency).
  • Hands-on with
    social media tools
    (LinkedIn analytics, YouTube Studio, X/Twitter analytics, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
