The Online Live Seller (2 personnel) will conduct online live selling to various platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.

The ideal candidate is confident in front of the camera, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a strong understanding of sales and customer engagement techniques. As an Online Live Seller, you will be responsible for presenting products, answering customer questions in real-time, and closing sales during live streaming events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Host live selling sessions on platforms such as e-commerce websites.
  • Present products in an engaging and informative manner, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Answer real-time questions from viewers, provide product recommendations, and address concerns to drive sales.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout the live session.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, feedback, and inquiries during and after live sessions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and inventory teams to ensure product availability and promotions are accurate.
  • Track and analyze live selling metrics to improve performance in future sessions.
  • Manage and update the product display during the live show, ensuring smooth transitions between items.
  • Provide post-live-session reports on customer engagement, sales performance, and feedback.
  • 6 hours live selling per day/ starting rate is 25k plus commission.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in live selling, retail sales, or a similar role (experience on social media platforms is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortability in front of the camera with the ability to engage and entertain a live audience.
  • Basic knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently during live sessions.
  • Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required for live selling events.
  • A passion for sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
