Major Responsibilities:
PR Story
● Closely work with the PRMs to combine creativity with knowledge of the media to recognize media angles and generate positive news coverage, profile pieces and features across a broad media spectrum
● Closely work with the PRMs on reviewing "journalist quality" of press releases.
● Assisting the PRMs to seed approved press releases to members of the media and reinforce media pickups in a timely manner.
PR Kit Seeding
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on creating a seeding list for PR kits composed of
campaign-relevant PR Stakeholders to whom creative PR kits will be sent or seeded to.
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on coordinating with media titles and KOLs in the
approved seeding list for delivery of PR kits and reinforcing social media postings.
PR Events
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on creating an invite list for PR events composed of campaign-relevant PR stakeholders.
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on inviting PR stakeholders in the approved
invite list and ensuring that the required number of attendees is attained.
● Assisting the PRMs by attending to guests during PR events and ensure they are comfortable and well-attended to.
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on sending out post-event press releases to
event attendees and reinforcing PR pickup in a timely manner.
KOL Activation and Community Integration
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on creating a paid KOL Activation and
Community Integration list – composed of campaign-relevant KOLs and online communities who fit clients' image, budget and PR objectives.
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on ensuring that the required number of KOLs and online communities based on client requirements are met.
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on ensuring that the talent fees for KOLs and online communities are within the approved budget.
● Assisting the PRMs on negotiating with KOLs and online communities' talent fee in the
approved lists and get them officially onboard.
● Assisting the PRMs on creating MOAs for paid KOLs and online communities, and have them sign the MOAs to make sure agreements are protected.
● Assisting and closely working with the PRMs on the creation of content plans for all paid KOL and community posts.
● Assisting the PRMs on coordination with KOLs and online communities in making sure the posting schedule and content plan is followed.
PR Monitoring and Reporting
● Closely work with the PRMs for PR Story, PR Kit Seeding and PR Event, help the PR Analytics Executive in tracking PR pickups and social media posts from media and KOLs.
● Closely work with the PRMs for KOL Activation and Community Integration, ask for statistics and analytics of all paid social media posts and requirements, and work with PR Analytics Executive in creating reports.
Others
● Assisting the PRMs by providing administrative support to help with basic supplier payment performing a variety of clerical duties such as data management, scheduling and calendar management and coordination.
● Fully participate in brainstorming sessions by sharing creative and innovative ideas
● Closely work with the PRMs on ensuring all work is completed within the allotted budget and agreed timeline.
● Have an initiative and be constantly on the lookout for new media titles and KOLs to expand the PR network.
● Have an initiative and be constantly updated with the latest PR trends and executions in
different fields.
Reports and Files Maintained:
● Reports: KOL Reports
● Trackers: Posts statistics and analytics, PR trackers, posting materials live file, Posts tracker
Qualifications
● Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing /Communications or other related field of studies preferred.
● 1+ years of relevant experience in public relations, marketing or related field.
● Proficiency in MS Tools, Google Apps, Canva.
● Experience working with social media advertising platforms.
● Strong understanding of media needs and media relationships.
● Detail-oriented and analytical.
● Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Strong supervisory and leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others.
● Highly adaptable to an inclusive and diverse work environment.
