MMS Processor

The MMS Processor is responsible for executing all Merchandise Management System (MMS) transactions accurately and on time. This includes handling store transfers, processing deliveries, managing returns to vendors, and generating inventory and operational reports.

Key Responsibilities

Store Transfer:

• Process and execute store transfers, including warehouse-to-store transfers, store orders, and auto-transferred merchandise.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in the MMS.

Delivery:

• Process merchandise directly delivered to the store.
• Submit delivery documentation to the Accounting Department (Accounts Payable) for payment processing.

System Transfer:

• Execute and process system transfers in the MMS upon receipt of approved Requisition and Stock Transfer Receipts (RSTR) from selling personnel.

Return to Vendor (RTV):

• Process RTV transactions in the MMS upon receipt of approved Merchandise Damage Reports (MDR).
• Submit RTV documentation to the Accounting Department (Accounts Payable) for account deduction.

Reporting:

• Generate and provide MMS reports, including inventory and operational data, based on the needs of store operations and other users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in retail operations or MMS-related processes is an advantage.
• Proficiency in using merchandise management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
