**Your Role:
Research and process credit memos. – 80% to 90%**
- Review, validate and process customer return requests in compliance with company policies.
- Investigate and resolve product return issues, including damaged goods, and incorrect shipments.
- Prepare and file claims with vendors, and freight companies.
- Track and obtain proof of deliveries for shipments.
- Issue credits, replacements or refunds as appropriate.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service and accounting to resolve disputes.
- Handle inbound calls and incoming email.
- Enter, process and release sales orders accurately in the system.
- Provide product, pricing and availability information to wholesale clients.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics Teams to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of orders.
- Request and process payments on sales orders and credit card management.
- Verify validity of sales order discrepancies by obtaining and reviewing information from customers and / or sales reps.
- Support and work closely with the Accounting, Sales Team & Warehouse Staff.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, shipping, billing and returns.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive customer experience and company reputation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Some college or technical school in accounting related courses desired;
- Over one year of Customer service-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with Order Management or ERP system is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, weight and volume.
- Problem solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player with a willingness to assist in multiple areas of the business.
