Photovoltaic Project Manager

Philippines COMMSEC INC. Full time ₱300,000 - ₱600,000 per year

Position Responsibilities:

  1. Site management and supervision: Stay at the project site and be directly responsible for the daily management of the construction site, including worker organization and scheduling, equipment deployment;

  2. Material and tool management: Responsible for receiving and inspecting the incoming materials, effectively controlling and distributing the materials and tools on site, and keeping records of incoming and outgoing materials;

  3. Compliance and document management: Ensure that construction activities comply with local laws and regulations, industry standards and internal company regulations. Responsible for the preparation, updating and archiving of construction documents, including construction logs, change records, acceptance reports, etc.;

  4. Progress control and reporting: Monitor the progress of construction and adjust the plan in time to deal with delays or emergencies. Regularly report project progress to superiors and contact customers; 5. Quality management and acceptance: Lead the quality inspection of each stage of the project to ensure that the project quality meets the standards and passes the acceptance smoothly.

Position Requirements:

  1. Work experience: at least 3 years of experience in on-site management of photovoltaic power plants or related construction projects;

  2. Professional knowledge and skills: proficient in photovoltaic system design principles, installation technology, commissioning and maintenance knowledge, and capable of drawing review and on-site guidance;

  3. Communication skills: good communication and coordination skills, excellent oral and written English skills;

  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software;

  5. Qualification Certificate: Possess relevant qualification certificates, such as civil engineering, electrical engineer, safety officer, etc. (bonus points)
