We are looking for an EUS Intern who will be part of our EUS team. In this role, you will assist in delivering excellent IT support and customer service, helping colleagues resolve technical issues and ensuring a smooth user experience

What will you do in this role?

Working under the supervision of the EUS Manager in Manila, you will:

• Assist with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support users with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Help with IT equipment setup, configuration, and inventory tracking.
• Log and update support requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist the EUS team with ongoing IT projects and office technology improvements.
• Learn and apply IT best practices in a corporate environment.

What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?

You will be ideal for this part if you are:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and commonly used software.
• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and a team player.
