Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily repair, maintenance, and property operations.
- Enforce building rules, fitting-out guidelines, and related policies.
- Assist in budgeting for maintenance and operational needs.
- Conduct regular inspections and implement repair plans.
- Oversee construction, renovation, expansion, and equipment installation and rectification.
- Maintain records, review plans, and ensure permit compliance
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
- Professional License and work experience in the related field is an advantage.
