HESS Supervisor

I.  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT. SAFETY

· Conduct safety training and orientation to employees, guests and visitors

· Implement and maintain safety programs, policies and procedures to ensure good health and safe practices

· Conduct job hazard analysis and risk assessment to work related processes of the company

· Monitors and maintain an updated emergency preparedness plan. Assist Emergency Response Team during emergency situations.

· Ensure that the emergency equipment (oil spill and firefighting equipment) are ready and effectively maintained to control loss during emergencies.

· Creates awareness among the employees and heighten the consciousness about safety, good housekeeping and environmental

·   Record accident occurrence and formulation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence

·  Prepares safety statistical information as basis for the safety performance of the facility

·   Maintains/updates the emergency manuals of the terminal (i.e. fire, oil spill, security)

·   Facilitates preparation and submission of related reports in compliance to the legal requirements of the various government agencies (i.e. DOLE, DENR, BFP, PCG, PPA, etc)

· Liaise and represents the company in any third party inspections or audits.

SECURITY

·   Monitors the activities and accomplishment of the security

·   Ensure that the security operations are within the bound of the company security manual

· Monitors security agency compliance to the immediate reportorial of incidences of their respective locations including investigation of security incidents

OTHERS

·   Conducts periodic audit of the terminal or to any other terminals.

·   Any other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
