We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to start in 2026
Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product-related questions.
- Provide accurate information and escalate issues as necessary to ensure quick resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide informed support.
- Document interactions and maintain records in our customer management systems.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery processes.
- Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
- Must have at least 2 years of college. (any course)
- Must have at least six months to a year of BPO Experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Willing to work onsite
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
