Senior SAP Consultant

We are looking for SAP Consultants for our client in the Philippines, a company specializing in management and consulting services that deliver high impact and results-oriented solutions. Their mission is to support other companies in driving business innovation and improving their processes. We are hiring for multiple SAP modules, so consultants with different specializations are welcome to apply.

• As a SAP Consultant you will be determining business needs by conducting in-depth consultations with stakeholders, analyzing workflows, and observing day-to-day operations to identify system gaps and areas for optimization;
• You will be assessing the existing IT infrastructure, analyzing its compatibility with SAP requirements, and recommending strategic enhancements to support scalable and future-proof solutions; 
• You will be designing, developing, and configuring SAP solutions, tailored to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and system architecture standards; 
• You will be deploying SAP modules and managing system integration activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless transitions, data migration accuracy, and minimal disruption; 
• You will be troubleshooting system issues, identifying root causes of performance challenges, and implementing corrective measures to ensure stable and high-performing SAP environments; 
• You will be providing SAP system support and end-user training, creating clear user documentation, conducting knowledge-transfer sessions, and offering day-to-day operational assistance; 
• You will be documenting SAP-related processes and workflows, preparing technical specifications, configuration documentation, and progress reports to ensure traceability and knowledge retention;
• You will be ensuring compliance with industry regulations, internal control standards, and IT governance frameworks, particularly in finance, logistics, and supply chain environments;
• You will be staying current with the latest SAP developments, including new modules, best practices, and system updates, to proactively recommend innovative solutions and improvements.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as SAP Consultant in at least one of the core SAP modules: FICO, MM, EWM, PP/PM, or SD, with a deep understanding of module-specific processes and integration points;
• Work in a hybrid setup in one of the Client's offices – necessary condition. Client sites are located in BGC, Libis, Makati, and Pasay;
• Proven experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations, including participation in the Blueprinting phase, demonstrating the ability to gather requirements, define system scope, and deliver customized solutions from start to finish;
• SAP-accredited certification, validating formal training and professional competence in your respective module(s); 
• Up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies, deployment strategies, and integration methods, enabling effective participation in system upgrades and new solution rollouts;
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills, allowing you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical staff;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to understand complex requirements, interpret business processes, and design scalable and reliable SAP solutions; 
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ensuring efficient handling of concurrent projects, priorities, and deliverables in dynamic enterprise environments.

• Salary for work amounting to 100,000 – 160,000 PHP;
