Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous internship or part-time experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus
Must have basic knowledge on Human Resource and General Affairs.
Must be familiar with company procedures.
Must be trainable in administrative tasks.
Must be able to easily communicate with staff at all levels.
Must be observant and proactive with strong moral and ethical code
Must have leadership skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Helps superiors in appropriate performance management measures; assists superiors in writing corrective action memos and other documentation; attends or conducts corrective action sessions as warranted; performs necessary follow-up
Coordinates in recruitment process; propose recruitment ads; collect applications/resumes; assist with screening applicants; ensures offers are made in accordance with procedures; coordinates new hire paperwork to ensure compliance with human resources policies and procedures
Assists in new hire employee orientations, apprises employees of benefit options, and accurately completes requisite paperwork for new staff members
Prepare and manage daily reports, correspondence and other documents using a database or word processing
Review and create records and reports relevant to time keeping, leave applications, and payroll administration

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
