We're hiring
: Graphic Designer (aka The Pixel Wizard Who Brings the Magic)

We're looking for a Graphic Designer to join our small but mighty marketing agency. If your brain is 50% design theory and 50% caffeine, and you get a little twitchy when fonts are misaligned by 0.02pt—we're off to a good start.

We need someone who's curious, fast, and passionate about beautiful design that actually works—not just pretty stuff, but purposeful, scroll-stopping, conversion-loving, multi-platform-ready visuals. You'll be juggling projects across clients and industries, so being able to switch gears quickly (without emotionally unraveling) is key.

What you'll be doing
(a.k.a. making us look good):

Designing marketing assets for social media, websites, blog posts, presentations, email, print, out-of-home, and anything else we dream up (yes, even that oddly-sized Instagram story ad for a flash sale that starts in 10 minutes)

Turning creative briefs into strong visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and make people feel things

Working closely with project managers, copywriters, and fellow creatives to make sure the final product isn't just gorgeous, but effective

Making edits without taking them personally (we love your vision, we swear, we just need it in four new sizes by 3PM)

Juggling multiple client accounts like a pro, with the grace of a Cirque du Soleil performer and the calm of a monk

You'll thrive in this role if you
:

Have 1–3+ years of experience designing for brands, marketing campaigns, or agencies

Are confident using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and whatever tool helps you move fast without compromising your taste

Have a strong portfolio with work across multiple formats: digital, print, presentations, social, web—you name it

Can take feedback and run with it (not cry in a corner, unless it's a really bad day—we get it)

Obsess over typography, layout, and color—but know when to hit "export" and let it go

Love working independently, but also get a kick out of collaboration and witty banter in Teams
