Workshop Superintendent

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields
TESDA NC certifications or equivalent
Typically 5-8 years experience in automotive repair or workshop operations
Atleast 2-3 years in supervisory or senior technician role
Experience in dealership operations and diagnostic tools is preferred
Strong technical knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Ability to handle customer concerns professionally
Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) and warranty processes
Knowledge of safety standards and workshop SOP's
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
