A confidential AAA construction group is seeking a Construction Assets & Operations Manager to lead the overall management of warehouse facilities, equipment, tools, and fleet operations across multiple project sites. This role ensures that all assets are efficiently utilized, well-maintained, and strategically deployed to meet project demands and timelines.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in construction logistics, asset management, and site operations, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and streamline resource flow in fast-paced environments.

• Oversee the centralized management of construction assets, equipment, and fleet operations.
• Supervise warehouse inventory systems, logistics flow, and material distribution.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and asset tracking protocols.

• Analyze asset utilization to improve cost efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment, warehouse, or site operations management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills in handling multiple projects.
• Proficient in inventory or asset management software.
• Licensed Engineer preferred but not required.
