Civil Drafter

Overview :

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly competent CAD Draftsperson with strong skills in AutoCAD drafting and Civil 3D data processing. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of civil and architectural drawings, can manage drawing standards effectively, and is confident working within established CAD templates, protocols, and coordinate systems.

Key Responsibilities :

AutoCAD Drafting

• Competently interpret and draft from civil design drawings and architectural drawings.
• Produce accurate and high-quality drawings using AutoCAD.
• Apply and manage Xrefs, title blocks, and drawing standards.
• Generate drawing packages through Sheet Set Manager.
• Perform thorough self-checking of drawings to identify major errors prior to issuance.
• Work efficiently under assigned CAD templates, naming conventions, and standards.
• Manage CAD files based on assigned real-world coordinate systems.
• Convert and process CAD files from other consultants into usable drawing styles and formats.
• Draft from BB markups with accuracy and consistency.

Civil 3D Responsibilities

• Interpret and process alignments, cross sections, and long sections.
• Work with Data Shortcuts for coordinated project files.
• Conduct surface model analysis, including cut-and-fill calculations.
• Apply accurate labeling of Civil 3D surfaces and pipe networks/long sections.

Qualifications :

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of Civil 3D.
• Proven experience as a CAD Draftsperson, ideally within civil engineering or architectural environments.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple drawing tasks.
• Strong understanding of drawing standards, Xrefs, and file management practices.
• Proven experience as a CAD Draftsperson, ideally within civil engineering or architectural environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
