The DCX Client Services Home-Based Finance Admin is a valued and essential part of the accounting team. You will be responsible for all accounting project management while working closely with end users, the accounting team, suppliers, and account managers to ensure a great finance experience. You will also be responsible for helping the assigned accounting executive develop long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients and connecting with those clients to provide them with finance solutions. 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES 

  • A highly proficient communicator in both spoken and written English 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills   

  • Strong bookkeeping orientation    

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, be flexible, and meet deadlines 

  • Excellent problem-solving skills 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

  • Accounts Payable (Primary Focus): Enter and process vendor invoices, payments, and expense reports. Ensure invoices are coded correctly, approvals are captured, and payment timelines are followed.

  • Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software. Organize invoices, receipts, and supporting documentation with clear naming conventions and proper digital filing.

  • Day-to-Day Finance Support: Assist with basic accounting operations including general ledger entries and reconciliations (as assigned).

  • Accounts Receivable (Secondary): Support accurate posting of invoice transactions upon client order completion and assist with past-due follow-up when needed.

  • External Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.

  • Month-End Support & Reporting: Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks and support preparation of basic financial reports and statements as required.

  • Administrative Assistance: Provide administrative support to the finance function as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail: High accuracy in repetitive data entry tasks; able to follow documented processes consistently.

  • Other related duties as assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related field.  

  • Experience: 1-2 years of basic bookkeeping knowledge (invoice coding, AP processing, and reconciliations)

  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills. 

  • Technical Skills: Previous QuickBooks Online (QBO) experience is an asset

WHAT WE OFFER 

  • Salary Range: Php 40,000 to 45,000

  • Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA) 

  • Workdays: Monday through Friday (USA)
