Job Title: Service Crew

The Service Crew is responsible for delivering excellent customer service by assisting guests, preparing and serving food or beverages, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
  • Prepare, serve, and package food and beverages according to company standards
  • Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly
  • Maintain the cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and kitchen.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist in stocking supplies and inventory
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally
  • Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required)
  • Prior experience in food service or customer service is an advantage
  • Basic math and communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and company procedures
